  • What materials do you use?

We use coconut apricot wax fragrance oil and cotton wicks to create our   candles.     

  • How do I care for my candles?

To ensure a clean burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and avoid burning for more than four hours at a time. If at any point you notice high flames soot or smoke emitting from your candle gently blow it out,  trim the wick and relight the candle.

  • How long do our candles last?

With proper care our 8.5oz candles will last approximately 50 hours.

  • Can I return a candle?

  • What is Candle Tunneling?

Candle tunneling occurs when a candle burns down the center, leaving a ring of unused wax along the sides of the container. This can lead to an uneven burn, where only a small portion of the wax melts while the rest remains unused. Tunneling not only wastes wax but also diminishes the candle's fragrance throw and overall burn time.

Tunneling happens because the candle's wax is not fully melting across the surface, which can result in the wax hardening around the edges while the wick burns down the center.

  • How to Avoid Candle Tunneling:

Burn the Candle Long Enough on the First Use. Why it’s important: The first burn is the most crucial. If you don't burn the candle long enough during its first use, the wax around the edges will solidify, leading to tunneling when you burn it again.

How to do it: Let the candle burn long enough to create a full melt pool—the melted wax should reach the edges of the container. 

  • Processing Time for Orders

Standard Orders: All orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. 

  • When Will I Receive My Order?

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed and shipped, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you selected. Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping (for standard shipping), but please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. You can use this tracking number to follow  the journey of your product(s) to you..
